Terms & Conditions

Bookings

  • A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. This must be paid within 14 days of invoice, or your requested date may be released.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your booking date.
  • A refundable bond of $100 is also payable with the final payment. This bond will be returned within 5 business days after pick-up, pending inspection for damages or missing items.
  • We accept direct bank transfer and credit/debit card via secure payment links.

What’s Included

  • Delivery, setup, styling, pack-down
  • Bedding (queen or single foam mattress (no airbeds! 🙂), linen, cushions, lighting, rugs, and decor
  • General cleaning and laundering after the stay

Standard hire is overnight (up to ~19 hours) unless otherwise agreed.

Location & Site Requirements

Glamp Nest is a mobile glamping service operating in Wagga Wagga and up to 20km surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether your site qualifies, just ask!

To ensure safe setup, the Hirer is responsible for providing:

  • A flat, clear outdoor area with unobstructed sky access (tent is over 13ft in diameter)
  • A safe and accessible space for delivery and setup
  • Toilet access: If you’re booking a remote location, farm, or Hipcamp site, toilets must be available or you must bring your own composting toilet. Toilets are not provided by Glamp Nest

 

Cancellation Policy

  • 12+ days before your event → Full refund of booking fees + bond (minus $40 admin fee)
  • Within 12 days → $100 deposit is non-refundable, but your bond will be returned
  • Special cases → If illness (e.g., COVID) or extreme weather stops your event, we can reschedule free of charge within 12 months, subject to availability (no refunds in these cases)

Weather Policy

Our tents are four-season and waterproof, but your event or party may not be. If extreme weather is forecast, we are happy to reschedule your booking free of charge, up to the day before your event. No refunds will be issued for weather-related reschedules.

Pets & Children

  • No pets inside the tent -sorry, furry friends- but we need to keep things fresh for all guests.
  • Kids are very welcome! But you’re 100% responsible for their safety and supervision at all times.

Cleaning & Damages

  • We take care of setup and pack-down, as well as general cleaning.

  • If there are excessive stains, spills, or damage to the tent, mattress, or decor, the cost of cleaning or replacement will be deducted from the bond. Additional charges may apply for significant damage or lost items.

General Terms

  • Once pitched, the tent stays put. Please don’t move, adjust, or remove pegs/ropes.
  • No open flames, candles, incense, smoking, or BBQs inside or too close to the tent
  • We reserve the right to refuse setup if your site is unsafe or unsuitable- no refund will be given if this happens.
  • While our setup is safe and secure, you are responsible for the safety of guests and Glamp Nest property during the hire period.
  • Glamp Nest is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur within or around the tent and surrounding camp area during the hire period. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to ensure a safe environment for guests, especially children.

Additional Equipment

If you choose to rent extra items such as a fire pit or movie projector, please note:

  • Each item comes with its own usage guidelines, safety requirements, and disclaimers
  • You will be provided with a separate Terms & Conditions addendum for these items, which must be accepted prior to setup
  • Use of these items is at your own risk, and Glamp Nest accepts no liability for misuse, injury, or damage caused during their use

Privacy

  • We collect your name, contact details, and event location solely to provide our service. This information will:
    • Only be used to manage your booking and delivery
    • Never be shared, sold, or passed on to third parties unless required by law
  • Photos may be taken of your Glamp Nest setup for portfolio or promotional purposes, but they will only be shared publicly with your explicit consent. We respect your privacy, always!

A copy of these Terms & Conditions will be sent to you after booking. 

We’ll ask you to sign (electronically or on paper) to confirm you’ve read and understood them before we lock in your event. This keeps everything clear, easy, and stress-free for both of us.
